The house layout is nice. Surely needs some paint, correcting up in a few places and new furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. the many beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off all of the beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded".
